Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

If a customer does not show up or fails to respond at the time of service, the booking is considered non-refundable.

In case a provider is unavailable or cancels for any reason, you will be offered:

The option to reschedule the service with the same or another provider.
