At KEEPER , we aim to deliver the best service experience for our clients and partners. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any bookings.


1. Booking Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

  • To cancel, please visit your dashboard or contact our support team via [support@keeper.openai-systems.com].


2. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer does not show up or fails to respond at the time of service, the booking is considered non-refundable.


📦 3. Cancellation by Provider or KEEPER

  • In case a provider is unavailable or cancels for any reason, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule the service with the same or another provider.


💳 4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


📌 5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services marked as non-refundable in the service description.

  • Discounted or promotional bookings unless canceled by the provider.

  • If terms of service or provider instructions were violated by the customer.
